0701-float-charger
I sold the CB700sc (aka Honda Nighthawk 700) and the was the float
charger that was supposed to go with it. I left it at the new owner's
house a few days later.
0707-tower99-office
The office furniture has been moved to Bangor. What else do you need
besides office furniture and an air mattress?
0713-trotters+paulb
A short walk, a few miles maybe, leads to the horse trotter track and
the statue of Paul Bunyon, a Bangor fixture.
0715-tower99-silverware
I was going to build drawer spacers for the silverware but never did.
I did arrange the silverware the way it would go if the spacers were
there and took measurements.
0727-cromwell-turtle
This is a turtle in Cronwell Valley Nature Preserve in Towson, MD. I
was taking Lily, Erin and Mike's dog, for a hike. She was
sufficiently warn out that she couldn't be bothered with the turtle.
I think I was dog sitting but I don't remember why.
0728-beyond-ingredients
The ingredients label for Beyond Sausage Brat reveals the main
ingredient is pea protien. Impossible is soy based. I prefer Beyond.
0728-rice-cooking
This is the instructions for a basmati rice where the instructions
were printed so small that I took a photo so I could read them from my
phone. It was ok rice in a fancy bag so not much use for this now.
0801-impossible-ingredients
This is the ingredients label of Impossible Sausage, which is soy
based. I prefer Beyond.
0801-joann-garden
Margo and Jo-Ann are both in Jo-Ann's garden. Both are weeding in the
back of the garden. This is about half of her garden which is about
50x100 so about 5,000 sqft.
0813-erin-in-pool
Erin took a dip in Jo-Ann's pool and took the giant inflatable
flamingo out for a ride.
0820-stoneware
These are some closeups of the stoneware I bought including the label
on the back.
0908-trailer-floor
I finally got around to putting the floor on the open trailer frame
that I bough. The trailer was a kit with lights but no floor or side
walls or gate.
0912-dog-mural
Theis dog mural is in a highway rest stop in Kenebeck, ME. Jo-ann has
the same dogs, german shorthair pointers. Jo-Ann thought the first
photo was real dogs.
0913-tower99-office
The office in Bangor was set up enough to be useable. One of the
monitors failed so the pair of 24" monitors side-by-side in portrait
mode were replaced with a 43" monitor. There is still plenty to
unpack, most of which never got unpacked until the move to Belfast.
0914-tower99-bar-chairs
These bar stools fit nicely on the kitchen island in Bangor. After
moving to Belfast with a smaller island, only three fit.
0915-dog-mural
This is a dog mural on the other side of the highway in Kenebeck, ME.
Again it features german shorthair pointers and is very realistic
looking when sent as a photo in a text message.
0917-rabbit
Yet another rabbit or maybe the same rabbit. This time in the
driveway behind Tara's Prius.
0917-veggie-wraps
I tried a recipe for brocolli, cauliflower, and carrot wrap with
hummus. It was good so I continue to make it now and then but I just
make the wrap burrito style rather than this style intended as an
appetizer.
0918-sunfish
The 2022 Yankee Uno was the last sunfish regatta at OYC that I
organized, the first after Covid. The regatta continues, going back
to the two day Yankee Duo but with new regatta chair after I stepped
down as Race Committee co-chair for OYC. I didn't get photos of the
races this time.
0921-trailer-sides
The side walls for the open trailer are almost complete in these
photos. At the time of writing I still have not completed the gate.
0924-shan+luke
Shannon and Luke at Jo-Ann's dining room table with two lasagnas, one
of them vegan.
0927-jigsaw-puzzle
Jo-Ann working on a jigsaw puzzle.
0927-praying-mantis
A praying mantis on Jo-Ann's hot tub frame.
0929-pasta-plate
Pasta with homemade vegatable spagetti sauce and some pesto.
