This is the very dirty CP23 after removing leaves and tree debris but before cleaning.

0707-tree-stump
Further progress is made on the tree stump, cutting the side roots and sawing the base into a set of large blocks.

0817-new-stump
Having removed the prior stump here is another, even larger, stump in the first stage of removal.

0819-new-stump
Using mostly axe work the somewhat decayed side roots are removed and the stump is reduced to a large block. It is not liftable but backing the truck into the hole created by digging out the stump it can be rolled onto the gate and then the truck bed.

0909-lake-tara
After a big rain the runnoff from the road accumulates in the low spot that I call Lake Tara.

0910-drain-damage
This is damage done to the asphalt skirt around the drain caused by the recent heavy rain. This is a design problem but keeps getting bandaids applied to it.
