Of all the stupidity, Mint Mobile sends a text message with instructions on how to set up a new phone. The only reasonable way to follow the instructions on the same phone is to take photos of the screen with another phone. Email next time please. The instructions on their web site is different and if you follow the IPv4/IPv6 instructions it is still different.
