This was enchiladas made with very small corn tortillas. There are 6 in the upper pyrex pans and 10 in the bottom. They need a layer of salsa (I use picata) and vegan cheddar. These pans fit in the toaster oven. After the first is used and cleaned I'll move 5 enchiladas and have two pans of 5 enchiladas enchiladas each. I might freeze them.
