After 30 inches of snow there was a freeze and then a rain. The city of Bangor didn't handle this well in some places and one is the Franklin Street bridge. They put huge snow piles over the drains so when it rained it flooded the bridge. The trucks here are at the low spot in over a foot of water. The drains were hand dug and a worker freed some ice from a drain with a heavy steel rod. With some water flow going out, everyone left.
