This is a panarama video of Belfast Harbor from across the way from Front Street and the majority of commercial activity. The original mp4 file off the cell phone has issues with firefox and draws complaints from mplayer. It may need to be read in and converted by some video tool like ffmpeg. This was taken on New Years Eve day.
