The Mariner 36 was stored under an aparent roof leak or maybe just condenstaion on the ceiling. From staying outside for a long time the deck, previously very clean now had a layer of brown dirt. Worst of all the crack in the forward starboard toe rail must have picked up water and frozen, widening the crack to the point it now clearly need repair to avoid getting any worse.
