Every two years OYC has a Commodore's Reception. This is a fairly formal event as OYC events go. The purpose is to honor past commodores and welcome the new commodores. These photos were of Bill and Nancy sitting by the row of American flags. Bill was OYC commodore back in the late 1960s and is considered a daysailer living legend.
