This was the first use of my 35mm camera, a Canon AE-1, since about 2006. Those photos were excellent.

The first problem was that the camera battery was dead. The second problem is that the camera shop no longer sells anything other than ASA-200 and ASA-400 film, both low light level films. ASA-25 (slide film) or at least ASA-100 give much better contrast in higher light levels.

On first insertion of the battery, the shutter wouldn't work. On second insertion the light meter was giving readings that didn't seem right. I went with it and the reading were not right. I used a slower shutter speed and the photos were overexposed and a bit blurred due to the motion.

Despite this some photos came out. The really bad ones were deleted.
